Shipping and Turnaround

WHERE DO YOU SHIP YOUR PRODUCTS?

We can ship our products to your home or office if you live in the continental U.S. and you have a valid address that is not a P.O. box.

HOW SOON WILL YOU START WORKING ON MY ORDER?

In most cases, we will contact you and begin your order no later than the first business day after your order is placed.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?

Your order will ship as soon as your payment has been received and print production is complete. For planning purposes, account for graphic design time (if applicable), print production time, and shipping time outlined below. Order well ahead of the time you need your materials, so you don't find yourself in a crunch.

1) GRAPHIC DESIGN TIME (if applicable) - After the initial design consultation, we will email a design proof within 1-5 business days for most projects. Delays in reaching you for the initial consultation, delays in your responses to our proof(s), revisions, and large or complex projects can extend the time range.
 
2) PRODUCTION TIME – Print production will begin as soon as you email us approval of your final design proof(s). Most products can be produced in 2-8 business days. A few products require more time. Unforeseen shortages in labor and availability of materials can sometimes extend this range. 
 
3) SHIPPING TIME – Shipping time is the length of time it takes the shipping carrier to deliver your package(s) after your order has been printed. We offer 4 methods of shipping:
 
A) Express (1-2 business days)
B) Standard (3-7 business days)
C) Economy (8-14 business days)
D) Freight (varies)
 
Not all shipping methods are available for all products. Shipping times are estimates - NOT guarantees. They vary based on the order destination and the shipping method you choose. The day after your order has been shipped is the first day of shipping.
 
You will receive an email notification when your order ships. This email will include a tracking number(s) so you can track the delivery progress of your package(s) with the shipping carrier.
 
NOTE that holidays will extend order turnaround times. 
 
IS THERE A SHIPPING DISCOUNT IF I ORDER MULTIPLE ITEMS? 
 
Yes! With the exception of freight shipping, your combined shipping rate will reflect a 10% discount on shipping when you order more than 1 product.
 
WHERE CAN I SEE SHIPPING COSTS AND OPTIONS?
 
Because the product options you choose can affect the weight of your order, you must first choose a product and its options and add it to your cart. That will allow our system to calculate a precise shipping cost. After you click on the checkout button, you will see the shipping cost and available shipping methods for your order. You can see shipping costs and options without having to enter any payment information or finalize an order.
 
NOTE that the shipping cost for multi-item orders defaults to the LOWEST cost shipping method and includes a multi-item discount. If you are placing a multi-item order, and you want one or more items to ship via express shipping, you must submit an additional order. 
 
WHICH SHIPPING CARRIER WILL DELIVER MY ORDER?
 
Factors such as the type and weight of the products in your order and the destination zip code will determine which carrier will be used for delivery. We will update your order with tracking number(s) when your order ships, and you will then be able to see by which carrier(s) your order will arrive. Be sure to enter a valid shipping address when you place your order, so there are no delays in your shipment.
 
CAN I SHIP MY ITEMS TO TWO SEPARATE ADDRESSES?
 
If you want items to go to different addresses, please place separate orders for each destination address.
