Cancellations and Returns

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Because some orders may have very quick processing times, your window for cancellation may be brief. Keeping this in mind, cancellations are allowed under limited circumstances as follows:

For orders involving design only:

If you cancel before graphic deign has commenced, we'll issue a full refund. If you cancel after graphic design has commenced and before you've received your first proof, we'll issue you a prorated refund. No refund can be issued after you approve a proof, as your approval was our cue to commence printing.

For orders involving print only:

If you cancel before you approve our first proof, we'll issue a full refund. No refund can be issued after you approve a proof, as your approval was our cue to commence printing.

For orders involving design AND print:

If you cancel before graphic design has commenced, we'll issue a full refund for graphic design and printing. If you cancel after graphic design has commenced but before the job has gone to print, we'll issue a prorated refund for design and a full refund for printing. No refund can be issued for design or print production after you have approved a proof, as the design was completed and your approval of the proof was our cue to commence printing.

Please note: A prorated refund is at our sole discretion, and our calculation will reflect a fair assessment of time spent on your project before cancellation.

WHAT IS YOUR POLICY ABOUT RETURNS AND REFUNDS?

Since each custom order is unique to a particular customer, all sales are final. We do not issue refunds or credits on returned merchandise.

Please review your proofs carefully as we will not be liable for errors or omissions once you have approved a proof for print. 

If you discover any errors or defects in your ordered product, we will do our best to remedy the problem. You must notify us of any errors or defects by sending an email referencing your order number to theteam@cdesignsprint.com within 3 business days of order delivery. You must return 100% of the received product within 14 days from the date it was delivered. All orders that are being returned must be shipped at your own expense. If upon receipt of the returned merchandise, we verify that we made an error or the product did not meet our high standards, we will reprint the order at no additional cost to you and refund the shipping cost you paid on your original order. 

Note that a multitude of factors such as printing on different presses and special applications can cause color variations. Color variations up to 15% are not defects, but are inherent to our low-cost printing processes. Learn more about color variations in More Faqs.
