Since each custom order is unique to our customers and has no resale value, all sales are final. If we verify that we made an error, we will reprint the order. We do not issue refunds.

Customer must notify CdesignsPrint via email to info@cdesignsprint.com of any defects discovered in the ordered product within 2 business days of order delivery. In order to receive replacement, Customer must return 100% of the received product within 14 days (at their own expense) from the date it was delivered. All orders that are being returned must be shipped at customer's own expense. Contact us at info@cdesignsprint.com for the return shipping address.
