Ordering and Payment Methods
HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
Browse our products, choose your options, and add the product(s) to your shopping cart. When you’re ready to check out, click on the shopping cart icon at the top right of the page. If you’re a first-time customer, you will be prompted to register for a free customer account with cdesignsprint.com. After you register, you’ll receive an email asking you to verify your email address. Once you have an account, log in with your email address and password, and continue to check out.
If you requested graphic design, a designer will contact you, usually on the same or next business day after you place your order. Your designer will discuss your ideas, what you want your item to say, and whether you want to use photographs of your own or stock images (up to 5 stock images are included with free graphic design). Your designer will then get to work creating a professional layout for you. A proof (digital graphic) of your design will be emailed to you for review. You can communicate revisions to your designer until you are fully satisfied. Once you approve a final proof, the order will proceed to print.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Diner’s Club International, Paypal, and Zelle. We do not accept checks.
CAN I ORDER SIZES AND QUANTITIES NOT SHOWN ON YOUR WEBSITE?
Sometimes! If you need a product in a size or quantity not shown on our website, give us a call. We may be able to accommodate your request.
